Day 1
Your inquiry is reviewed by our technical team—not forwarded to a project coordinator. The person reviewing it understands Maya, understands production, and can respond to technical specifics.
Day 1–2
You receive a substantive response addressing your technical description. If your project is within our capability, we propose a technical consultation call.
Technical Call (30–60 min)
A structured conversation covering project requirements, technical approach options, feasibility, and preliminary scope. We ask detailed questions because the answers matter to how we estimate and plan.
Proposal (3–5 days post-call)
Written proposal documenting technical approach, production
methodology, milestone structure, deliverables specification, and project investment.
